During check-in, you will be required to provide a credit card for any incidental expenses. Room and tax have been applied to the PCA SKIN master account.

As a reminder, it is our corporate policy to share a hotel room with a fellow colleague at major company events. You will have the opportunity to request a specific person as your roommate during the RSVP process. We will do our best to accommodate each request, although it is not guaranteed.

If you prefer to have your own hotel room during your stay at The Phoenician, you may do so, but the entire stay is at your own expense. During check-in, you will be required to provide a credit card for all hotel expenses.

If you are interested in extending your stay for vacation, you will be able to take advantage of our corporate room rate. If you are planning to extend your stay, you will be required to provide a credit card at check-in.

Our corporate rate at The Phoenician is $109/night with an additional housekeeping fee of $3.00/night and a one-time porterage fee of $8.00.

If you’re planning to extend your stay or would like to have your own hotel room, please notify Stephanie Nervegna by Monday, June 20, 2016. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate last minute requests.
