Addressing product diversion.

Zero tolerance for product diversion. PCA SKIN is taking action.
PCA SKIN recognizes that product diversion is a growing trend, especially within luxury brands. The truth is all professional skincare brands are facing this epidemic – product lines from Dermalogica to SkinCeuticals and more can be found on unauthorized websites like eBay, Walmart and even in Costco. The products found on these sites are diverted – third parties are selling products to these unauthorized sellers. These diverters not only damage the brand, they also steal revenue from our accounts and create safety concerns for consumers.

Please know that PCA SKIN takes this issue very seriously. We have a zero tolerance policy and take immediate action when diverters are discovered. We do not sell to these unauthorized resellers. We do not authorize or condone these sales, and we are actively working to shut down this type of activity.

To fight these diverters, PCA SKIN:
monitors global sales online to identify fraudulent accounts
has an internal department that conducts surveillance and investigates fraudulent accounts
actively monitors unusual buying patterns
actively purchases products from unauthorized sellers to investigate the source of the products
immediately shuts down any accounts found to be diverting products to unauthorized selling locations
in conjunction with a law firm, takes legal action to pursue the closing of unauthorized online stores
has listed our zero tolerance policy publically at
pcaskin.com/authorized-retailers

If you suspect that a seller is unauthorized, you can anonymously report them to us for investigation at info@pcaskin.com.

We are in this together, and PCA SKIN is actively working to shut down any known diverters.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to someone on the PCA SKIN team.

Sincerely,

Michael Larrain
Chief Executive Officer
